To ensure the successful delivery of our services, clients are expected to provide clear communication, prompt feedback, and necessary access to digital assets (such as hosting credentials, branding materials, and content) in a timely manner. Delays in client feedback or asset delivery may result in adjusted project timelines.
All projects commence based on a mutually agreed proposal or statement of work. This document defines the exact scope, deliverables, and features. Any requests that fall outside of the approved scope will be treated as "Scope Creep" and may be subject to additional estimates, billing, and timeline revisions.
Payment terms, including upfront deposits and milestone payments, will be clearly outlined in your project proposal. Work will commence only upon receipt of the agreed initial deposit. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST in India), which will be applied to the final invoice as required by law.
We structure our projects with built-in revision cycles at key milestones (e.g., design approval, development staging). The number of included revisions will be stated in your proposal. Additional revisions requested after the final sign-off of a milestone may incur extra hourly or fixed charges.
We strive to meet all estimated project timelines. However, timelines are projections based on the assumption of prompt client feedback and smooth technical integrations. Big Scoop Studio is not liable for project delays caused by late client responses, third-party API outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Upon receipt of full and final payment for a project, the intellectual property rights for the custom design and code produced specifically for your business will be transferred to you. Big Scoop Studio retains the right to reuse open-source code, generic libraries, and foundational frameworks used across multiple projects.
Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is explicitly signed before the project begins, Big Scoop Studio reserves the right to showcase the completed project, design assets, and case studies in our digital portfolio, social media, and marketing materials to demonstrate our expertise.
Our solutions may rely on third-party tools, plugins, APIs, hosting providers, or software platforms (e.g., Shopify, AWS, payment gateways). Big Scoop Studio is not responsible for the performance, downtime, pricing changes, or policy updates of these third-party services. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own domain and hosting renewals unless a maintenance contract is active.
In no event shall Big Scoop Studio, nor any of its officers, directors, or employees, be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or our services, including loss of revenue, data, or business disruption.
While we apply industry best practices to our UI/UX, development, and marketing strategies, Big Scoop Studio cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, sales volumes, or ROI. Digital landscapes are subject to market conditions, algorithms, and consumer behavior beyond our control.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms materially. In the event of client-initiated termination before project completion, Big Scoop Studio will retain the initial deposit and invoice for any unbilled work completed up to the date of termination.
